We strive to process and dispatch all orders with care and efficiency.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes: We offer two reliable shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures in your country. We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and other select remote regions.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated collections. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within a 15-day window.

Important Note on Final Sale Items: Due to their delicate, collectible, and personalised nature, the following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Caithness Paperweights
  • Ceramic Art Vases
  • All personalised or monogrammed items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging including all boxes and protective materials. Please also retain your proof of purchase.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide all necessary details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and the address to which you should send your parcel. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly refund the full cost of the original outbound and return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., it doesn’t suit your needs), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process the refund. The time it then takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies:
    • Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): typically 3-5 business days.
    • PayPal: up to 30 days.

Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. The process is the same as a return. Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the new one. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
