Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: Due to their delicate and collectible nature, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Caithness Paperweights
  • Ceramic Art Vases
  • All personalised or monogrammed items

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging, including all boxes and protective materials.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all the information we need to process your request quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on where to send your parcel. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly refund the cost of the original outbound and return shipping.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds (For Returns)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team. The time it then takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies (typically 3-5 business days for card payments, and up to 30 days for PayPal).
  • Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. The process is the same as a return. Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the new one. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
